About the founder
Alline Kathl is a Brazilian from São Paulo, a visionary leader, behavioral coach and entrepreneur of two impact companies: Horizonte and Produza Performance. Through her vision, knowledge and experience, Alline's personal and professional mission is to transform people's lives and businesses. She has dedicated herself to helping companies and people reach their greatest potential, offering practical and long-term solutions that generate real and consistent transformations. She has extensive expertise in commercial, financial and digital management, neuroscience, psychology, personal development, international strategic marketing management and business management in various segments and niches. With 12 years of professional experience and a trajectory marked by commercial, financial and innovation management, she worked for 9 years in the corporate market with experience in multinationals, banking and fintech in the financial market, with practices in consultative sales, business expansion and high-impact management. She then began her entrepreneurial journey in 2022, consolidating her presence in the digital world and expanding her operations internationally in Europe.


With innovative, strategic and personalized digital expertise, she founded Horizonte, a business focused on offering innovative and personalized digital solutions, such as digital marketing consulting, website and application development, and business expansion, connecting companies from Brazil to Europe and England with tangible and impactful strategies focused on exponential growth at national and international levels, among others.
In addition, Alline founded Produza Performance, where she applies intelligent practices and personal and professional development strategies. Through methods that connect consciousness and habits, she empowers participants to achieve full performance through pillars such as emotional management, physical and financial health, in a way that leads to maximizing the use of time and energy, creating a journey of continuous transformation. Her work is based on the balance between strategy, discipline and self-knowledge, always focusing on sustainable results and lasting impact.
